Vivvion Marketing & Advertisement Ltd. (“Vivvion”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides digital marketing, paid advertising, and social media account management services (collectively, the “Services”) to its clients. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vivvion’s Services and website (the “Site”). By engaging our Services or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Vivvion offers services including: social media account management and analytics, paid advertising campaign setup and management, SEO, content creation, and consulting. Supported networks may include Facebook & Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, Google (YouTube & Google Business Profile), Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
Clients must be authorized and at least 18 years old. Keep access credentials secure.
You are responsible for all content sent to us for posting and for complying with laws and third-party platform policies. You must provide credentials and timely cooperation.
Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms. Vivvion is not responsible for third-party policy changes or downtime.
Fees are set in individual client agreements. Ad spend is billed directly to clients unless otherwise agreed. Vivvion may suspend services for non-payment.
Clients retain ownership of their content. Vivvion stores required metadata and encrypted access tokens on AWS. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Clients retain rights to their content. Vivvion retains rights to its software, platform code, and methodologies.
Both parties will keep non-public information confidential except as required by law.
Services are provided "AS IS". Vivvion disclaims implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify Vivvion from claims arising from your content, use of Services, or breach of these Terms.
Vivvion's aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. Vivvion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Vivvion may suspend access for breach or security concerns. On termination, data will be handled per the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at https://www.vivvion.com/terms-of-service.php. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be subject to courts in British Columbia.
