(“Vivvion”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects data through our internal applications Vivvion Social Connect and Vivvion Threads Connect, and any associated integrations on vivvion.com. These applications are used exclusively by our internal marketing team to manage client-authorized social media accounts and Google services, including Google Business Profile and YouTube.

Vivvion Marketing & Advertisement Ltd. is a digital marketing and social media management agency. We manage clients’ Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Google Business Profiles, and YouTube Channels — all with their explicit authorization. Our systems are used internally by Vivvion staff only and are not offered publicly as a SaaS platform.

2. Applications Covered

• Vivvion Social Connect — for managing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile accounts.
• Vivvion Threads Connect — for managing Threads accounts connected via Meta APIs.

3. Data We Access from Meta

• Page or profile identifiers and names
• Page access tokens for posting and scheduling
• Post content (text, images, videos) and metadata
• Comments, likes, and engagement metrics
• Insights data such as impressions, reach, and audience engagement

4. Google API Services — Data Accessed

Our applications integrate with Google APIs to help clients manage their YouTube channels and Google Business Profiles. All data access occurs through secure OAuth 2.0 authorization, and users must explicitly grant permissions. We never access or store Google account passwords.

4.1 YouTube Data API v3

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube — Manage and view channel data, playlists, and videos.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — Upload and publish videos to the authenticated user’s channel.

4.3 How Google Data Is Used and Stored

• Data is used solely for authorized posting, management, and analytics.
• No Google data is sold, shared, or used for advertising or profiling.
• OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on AWS Lightsail (Mumbai, India).
• Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS with TLS 1.2+ encryption.

4.4 Revoking Access and Deletion

Users may revoke access at any time via their Google Account: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. When revoked, all associated data and tokens are deleted within 30 days.

4.5 Compliance with Google Policies

Vivvion’s use of Google API data strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Other Google Services

• Google Analytics (GA4) — Collects anonymized site usage statistics.
• Google reCAPTCHA — Protects forms from spam and automated abuse.
• Google Fonts / Maps — Serves fonts or map embeds with minimal metadata (IP, user agent).

6. Data Protection & Security

• All data is processed and stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Lightsail in Mumbai, India (ap-south-1).
• Access restricted to authorized Vivvion staff only.
• SSL/TLS encryption, firewalls, and encrypted backups enforced.
• Data deleted within 30 days after revocation or termination.
